Summary

This study tested two phone-based programs for cancer survivors and their caregivers to help manage physical and emotional symptoms after treatment ends. 555 survivors and their caregivers took part. The programs provided information and counseling to reduce distress and improve well-being, especially for those in rural areas with limited access to care.
