New phone programs ease cancer survivors' symptoms and distress

Summary
This study tested two phone-based programs for cancer survivors and their caregivers to help manage physical and emotional symptoms after treatment ends. Over 500 participants from rural and underserved areas took part. The programs provided symptom management tips and counseling to reduce distress and improve well-being.
