New program helps young cancer survivors reclaim life after treatment

Summary
This study looks at whether a 6-week group program can help young adults (ages 18-39) who have finished cancer treatment feel more prepared for daily life. About 60 participants will join group sessions led by social workers. The goal is to see if the program improves quality of life and mental well-being.
