Summary

This study looks at whether a 6-week group program can help young adults (ages 18-39) who have finished cancer treatment feel more prepared for daily life. Participants will attend weekly group meetings led by social workers and complete surveys about their quality of life and mental well-being. The goal is to see if this program improves survivorship and can be used at other cancer centers.
