Summary
This study is testing a community-based program designed to help cancer survivors and their support people living in persistent poverty areas improve their health. The program focuses on adapting healthy eating and physical activity approaches to fit the specific challenges these communities face. Researchers will measure changes in diet, exercise, weight, and quality of life among 100 participants in the Birmingham area.
