Summary
This study looked at 2500 kidney transplant patients in France to find out what factors, especially the type of anti-rejection drugs, increase the risk of developing cancer after transplant. The goal was to understand how to better predict and possibly prevent these cancers. The study did not test any new treatment, but gathered information to help doctors manage patient care.
