New drug duo tested in fight against tough cancers

NCT ID NCT05111561

Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety and best dose of a new two-drug combination (ZEN003694 and binimetinib) for people with advanced solid tumors that have specific genetic changes. The main goal is to see what side effects occur and find a dose that is safe for future testing. Researchers will also look for early signs that the treatment can shrink or stop the growth of these difficult-to-treat cancers.
