Summary
This is an early-stage study to find the safest dose of two cancer drugs, copanlisib and nivolumab, when given together. It is for adults with aggressive blood cancers that have transformed from slower-growing types, like Richter's syndrome. The main goal is to see how well patients tolerate the combination and to check for side effects.
