Summary

This is an early-stage study to find the safest dose of two oral drugs, cabozantinib and pamiparib, when given together. It is for adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal is to see if blocking multiple cancer growth signals at once is safe and can help control the disease.
