Summary
This study is testing a new online health survey called CHAMP, designed for older adults with cancer. The goal is to see if patients can easily complete the survey and if the results help their doctors make more personalized treatment decisions. Researchers are checking if using this tool is practical and if it changes the planned treatment or supportive care strategies.
