Summary
This study is testing an online health survey tool called CHAMP, designed for older adults with cancer. The goal is to see if the tool is easy to use and if the information it provides helps doctors make more personalized treatment decisions. The study involves 180 participants and focuses on measuring the tool's practicality and its impact on care plans.
