Summary
This study aims to improve health and quality of life for Black breast and prostate cancer survivors in Washington, D.C. by addressing social and economic barriers. It will test whether connecting survivors with community health workers and providing anti-racism training for clinic staff makes a difference. The goal is to create a better support system that links medical care with community resources.
