Summary
This study is testing whether specific genetic markers in a patient's tumor can predict if they will respond well to immunotherapy drugs. It is for people with advanced bladder cancer that has spread and has stopped responding to standard chemotherapy. Participants receive two immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab and relatlimab) to try to control the cancer, and researchers will track their response based on their tumor's unique genetic profile.
