This study looks at whether taking a steroid pill (dexamethasone) after a nerve block in the emergency room can prevent migraines from returning within 72 hours. About 84 adults with migraines will be followed by phone or text to see if their headache comes back. The goal is to find a simple way to make migraine relief last longer.
