Summary

This study is testing whether patients with advanced HER2-positive breast cancer can safely stop their targeted treatment after having their cancer under control for at least three years. The trial involves 82 participants who will either continue treatment or stop it, with researchers monitoring their cancer through blood tests and scans. The goal is to understand if certain patients can maintain their health without ongoing treatment and identify markers that predict who can stop safely.
