Cancer Patients' hidden therapies: what are they taking alongside radiation?

NCT ID NCT01823549

Summary

This study surveyed 109 breast and prostate cancer patients to understand how often they used vitamins, supplements, and other alternative therapies while undergoing radiation treatment. Researchers asked patients at three different times to see if their use of these therapies changed. The goal was to gather information, not to test a treatment.
