Summary
This study is testing a new program called CALM, designed to help Black adults with asthma cope with stress. Researchers want to see if the program is practical and acceptable to participants, and if it might help people stick to their asthma medication and better control their symptoms. The study will enroll 50 adults who identify as Black/African-American, have persistent and uncontrolled asthma, and report moderate to high levels of stress.
