Summary
This study looked at whether using the Calm meditation app could help medical residents and fellows at a Phoenix hospital feel less stressed, anxious, and burned out during the COVID-19 pandemic. Only 7 people took part before the study was stopped early. Researchers measured stress and mood using standard surveys.
