Summary
This study aimed to see if using the Calm meditation app could help reduce stress, anxiety, and burnout in doctors-in-training during the COVID-19 pandemic. It involved a small group of resident and fellow physicians at a single hospital. The main goal was to measure changes in their stress levels and see if using the app was practical and helpful for them.
