Blood test score may predict heart attack recovery risks

NCT ID NCT07203573

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 42 times

Summary

This study will check if a score based on three common blood markers (C-reactive protein, albumin, and lymphocytes) can predict short-term problems like heart failure or death in 140 heart attack patients who undergo a procedure to open blocked arteries. Researchers will follow patients for 30 days after the procedure. The goal is to see if this simple score can help doctors identify high-risk patients early.
