Summary
This study aimed to understand how a new weight management drug, cagrilintide, is processed by the body. Researchers compared how people with different levels of liver function absorbed and cleared the drug after a single injection. The study also measured how the drug entered the bloodstream when given as an injection under the skin versus into a vein in healthy volunteers.
