Can a morning coffee boost your game? scientists test Caffeine's edge

NCT ID NCT07466732

Summary

This study aims to see if taking 300mg of caffeine can help improve morning sprint performance and mental sharpness in young male athletes, who often perform worse in the morning than the evening. Researchers will compare caffeine against a placebo pill and a no-pill group to measure the true effect. The goal is to gather knowledge about how caffeine might help overcome the body's natural morning performance dip.
