First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Aug 05, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests the drug cabozantinib in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer whose tumors have certain gene changes (RET, ROS1, NTRK fusions or increased MET/AXL activity). The drug is taken by mouth and aims to shrink tumors and stop them from growing. About 86 participants will take part to see how well the drug works and what side effects occur.
