New drug duo may boost ovulation in PCOS women
NCT ID NCT07255911
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether adding cabergoline to letrozole helps women with PCOS ovulate more often than letrozole alone. About 72 women aged 18-35 with PCOS-related infertility will take either the combo or just letrozole for up to 3 menstrual cycles. The goal is to see which approach leads to more ovulations, tracked by ovulation predictor kits, hormone levels, or pregnancy.
