Summary
This study tests a new device designed to relieve symptoms of an enlarged prostate, such as frequent or difficult urination. About 245 men aged 50 and older will be randomly assigned to receive the device or a sham procedure. The main goal is to see if the device improves symptom scores after 3 months and maintains improvement for a year.
