Summary

This phase 2 trial is testing a new drug, budoprutug (also known as TNT119), in 45 people with primary membranous nephropathy, a kidney disease that can lead to kidney failure. The study aims to see if the drug is safe and can help patients achieve remission. Participants receive the drug as an IV infusion on four separate days over about six months.
