Summary
This study tests a new program called Building Respectful Online Space (BROS) to prevent cyberbullying among Hong Kong teens aged 12 to 15. About 120 students will be split into two groups: one receives the BROS program, the other a healthy diet lesson. Researchers will check if the program reduces bullying and improves sleep and well-being over 12 weeks.
