Summary

This study looks at whether the seizure medication brivaracetam can calm overactive brain activity in people with mild Alzheimer's or mild cognitive impairment. About 25 participants aged 45-70 will take the drug for up to a year. Researchers will measure changes in brain waves and memory tests to see if the drug helps thinking skills.
