Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
BriTer Eyez Moisture Vue™ On-Demand Disposable Moisture Chamber (a silicone device that attaches to eyeglasses to increase humidity around the eyes)
What this could lead to
If it works, this device could offer a simple, drug-free way to temporarily relieve dry eye symptoms for people who wear glasses.
What could go wrong
This is a very small, early study with only 35 people and just 2 hours of wear. Results may not apply to longer use or to everyone with dry eye.
