Summary
This study tested a short, low-intensity psychological program called Problem Management Plus (PM+) for refugees and asylum seekers. The goal was to see if the program is practical and helpful for reducing stress and trauma symptoms. 64 participants took part, and the results will be used to design a larger, more definitive study.
