Summary

This study tests whether morning bright light therapy can improve gut health and quality of life in people with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Researchers will measure changes in intestinal barrier function, inflammation, and gut bacteria. The study enrolls 30 adults with stable medication use.
