Summary

This study aims to find out if very short psychological treatments can effectively reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress-related physical symptoms. Researchers will compare four different approaches: group therapy lasting eight sessions, group therapy lasting four sessions, individual therapy lasting four sessions, and a relaxation-based control group.
