Summary
This study is testing a brief, 3-session therapy called MERA, designed to help Veterans with PTSD better manage their emotions. The goal is to reduce impulsive, aggressive behavior and potentially prepare them for longer PTSD treatments. Researchers will compare MERA to a standard therapy to see which is more effective at helping Veterans control aggression.
