Zoom therapy trial aims to ease widespread chronic pain
NCT ID NCT06208514
Summary
This study is testing whether a short, online behavioral therapy program delivered via Zoom can help adults with fibromyalgia, lupus, chronic pelvic pain, or chronic low back pain. The goal is to teach participants strategies to reduce their pain intensity, decrease pain-related fear of movement, and lessen how much pain interferes with daily life. Researchers will measure changes in pain and function over 60 and 210 days to see if the brief program is helpful and practical.
