First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tested two types of short digital messages to see if they could encourage COVID-19 vaccination in adults with anxiety or depression. Over 1,400 undervaccinated participants received either standard public health messages, messages designed to build resistance to misinformation, or messages based on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). The goal was to find better ways to increase vaccine uptake in this group.
