First seen Nov 10, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving radiation to all active cancer spots before CAR T-cell therapy can help people with large B-cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to treatment. About 9 adults will receive targeted radiation to control the disease while their own immune cells are being turned into cancer-fighting CAR T-cells. The goal is to improve treatment success and reduce side effects.
