New hope for rare immune disorders: Pre-Transplant inflammation dampening

Summary
This study tests two treatments (emapalumab or fludarabine plus dexamethasone) to reduce inflammation before a stem cell transplant in people with primary immune regulatory disorders. The goal is to help the donated stem cells settle in and start making healthy immune cells. About 39 participants will be enrolled. The study is currently recruiting.
