New bridge to transplant for devastating immune diseases

NCT ID NCT05787574

Summary

This study aims to see if two different drug treatments can help people with rare, hard-to-treat immune disorders get ready for a stem cell transplant. Researchers want to know if the treatments can calm the body's harmful inflammation, making it easier for the new donor cells to take hold and start working. The study is enrolling 39 patients of any age who have these specific conditions and need their first transplant.
