Summary
This study tested a combination of brentuximab vedotin and AVD chemotherapy in 118 adults with newly diagnosed, early-stage Hodgkin lymphoma that is considered unfavorable. The goal was to see if this treatment could cure more patients while reducing long-term side effects, especially from radiation. Some patients did not receive radiation, which avoids those risks but may increase the chance of the lymphoma returning.
