Can simple breathing exercises ease the strain of Arthritis-Related lung disease?

NCT ID NCT07320846

Summary

This study is looking at whether adding special breathing muscle training to standard breathing exercises helps people with rheumatoid arthritis who also have lung disease. Researchers will compare two groups of 39 patients to see if the extra training improves their ability to exercise, reduces shortness of breath, and changes certain markers in their blood. The goal is to see if this combined approach makes patients feel better and improves their quality of life.
