Can simple breathing exercises boost health for women after menopause?

NCT ID NCT06459674

Summary

This study tested whether a breathing muscle training program could improve heart health and mood in postmenopausal women. Researchers worked with 28 women aged 50-75 to see if using a handheld breathing device for several weeks made a difference. The goal was to gather information to design a larger future study on this approach.
