Summary
This study tests whether training the muscles you use to breathe in can improve strength and performance in amateur CrossFit athletes. 94 healthy adults aged 18-60 who do CrossFit will either do breathing exercises with a special device or use a fake device. Researchers will measure breathing muscle strength, exercise performance, and fatigue over 12 weeks.
