NCT ID NCT07218458

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at whether structured breathing exercises can help healthcare workers feel less burned out, anxious, or stressed and sleep better. About 40 healthcare professionals from four Mayo Clinic sites who score high on a burnout survey will use a mobile app to guide their breathing. The goal is to see if this simple practice is easy to use and actually improves mental well-being.
