Summary
This study looked at whether a breathing training method using pressure biofeedback can strengthen the diaphragm and improve breathing in women with long COVID. 80 women who had COVID-19 and still had breathing problems took part. They did four weeks of guided breathing exercises designed to help them use their diaphragm more effectively.
