First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether a breathing exercise using pressure biofeedback can help women with long COVID-19 improve their breathing muscle strength. 80 women who had COVID-19 and still had breathing problems took part. They did special diaphragm training for four weeks. The goal was to see if this training could make their breathing muscles stronger and help them feel better.
