First seen Apr 26, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding deep breathing exercises to standard Kegel exercises can help women who have had multiple pregnancies and suffer from stress urinary incontinence (leaking urine when coughing, sneezing, or exercising). About 84 women aged 25-45 will do both exercises for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure pelvic floor muscle strength and quality of life using a special device and a questionnaire.
