Can simple breathing exercises ease pain after breast cancer surgery?

NCT ID NCT07449273

Summary

This study is testing whether two types of breathing exercises can help patients feel better after breast cancer surgery. Researchers will compare pranayama (alternate nostril breathing) and pursed-lip breathing against standard care to see if they reduce pain and anxiety. The goal is to find simple, non-drug ways to support recovery and comfort in the first few days after surgery.
