Simple breathing technique could ease COPD suffering

NCT ID NCT06404008

Summary

This small pilot study tested whether a simple, 15-minute breathing exercise could help people with COPD feel less stressed and manage their symptoms better. Researchers taught the breathing technique to some participants and compared them to others who received their usual care. The main goal was to see if the breathing program was practical and acceptable for patients, and to gather information for planning a larger future study.
