Summary
This study is testing whether a portable home device called the Freespira Breathing System can help reduce anxiety and panic symptoms in children and teenagers. Researchers at Johns Hopkins University will enroll 73 young people aged 9-17 who have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. The device provides breathing biofeedback, which may offer a convenient alternative to traditional therapy or medication for managing anxiety.
