Could a simple breath test spot lung cancer?
NCT ID NCT06016569
Summary
This study aims to validate a new breath test that looks for cancer markers in exhaled air. It will compare the test's accuracy to standard low-dose CT scans for screening high-risk smokers. The goal is to see if this simpler, cheaper method can help catch lung cancer earlier and reduce unnecessary procedures.
