Summary
This study aimed to develop a new test that analyzes chemicals in a person's breath to help diagnose diseases. Researchers collected breath samples from 46 people, including healthy volunteers and patients with liver disease or COVID-19. The goal was to see if unique breath 'fingerprints' could be identified for different conditions to create a future diagnostic tool.
