Which nerve block wins for breast surgery pain?

Summary

This study compares two types of nerve blocks (SPSIPB and ESPB) to see which one provides better pain relief after breast surgery. 54 women scheduled for unilateral breast surgery will be randomly assigned to receive one of the blocks before general anesthesia. The main goal is to measure pain scores and opioid use in the first 24 hours after surgery.
